Vegan Hot Chocolate
Hands down the best hot chocolate I’ve had is actually vegan. If you can find the right milk and chocolate that suits your tastebuds, this is perfect, and so simple to make. So creamy, rich and intensely chocolatey!
WHICH CHOCOLATE SHOULD YOU USE?
A high quality dark chocolate will provide the most rich and intense flavour. I’d recommend a chocolate with 70-80% cocoa.
NON-DAIRY MILK
There’s many options of which non-dairy milks you can use, the most popular ones being soya, almond and cashew but my personal favourite will always be oat. It’s extremely creamy and works perfectly for hot drinks. I usually buy the Oatly Barista Edition Oat Milk.
