Oatmeal or porridge is one of the most comforting foods to exist. So delicious and filling, I could eat it for breakfast, lunch or dinner! This is my go to oatmeal, it’s fruity, nutty and chocolatey! Such a delicious blend of flavours with a delicious crunch. This oatmeal bowl is a big warm hug!

Some notes before you begin:

WHICH OATS TO USE:

I go for either rolled oats for oatmeal as they help to give it a nice chunky texture, or Scottish oats which are typically ground and give the oatmeal a smoother and creamier consistency. I like both and alternate between the two depending on what I’m in the mood for!

MILK:

I like to use oat milk as this makes my oatmeal so creamy, however you can use regular milk or any milk that you prefer.

TOPPINGS:

You can use any variation of berries, nuts or chocolate to top your oatmeal with.
