Greek Yogurt Salted Caramel Chocolate Mousse

Some notes before you begin:
CHOCOLATE
I recommend using dark chocolate to get that intense chocolatey taste and make this mousse healthier. I have used a salted caramel dark chocolate, which has 70% cocoa. You can opt for any chocolate of your choice.

- Chop the chocolate into small pieces and set aside.
- Put a saucepan over medium heat and add the milk. Once the milk starts to heat up, add the chocolate, maple syrup and vanilla extract, whisk together until smooth.
- In a large bowl, add the greek yogurt and chocolate-milk mixture. Fold together using a spatula. Once combined, it should form a fluffy mousse like texture.
- Divide the mousse into 3 serving glasses. Decorate with toppings of your choice and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve cold.
