Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Add maple syrup to yogurt, mix and pour onto the parchment paper. Spread into a thin and even layer using a small palette knife.
  3. Drizzle smooth peanut butter and press all of the fruit toppings onto the yogurt. Sprinkle cacao nibs.
  4. Place the baking tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours until the yogurt hardens.
  5. Cut into shards using a sharp knife or break with your hands. Serve and enjoy.
