Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls
This is one of my easiest recipes to make at home, and also one of the most delicious!
Classic cinnamon rolls are amazing, but have you ever had ones with chocolate too? If not, now is the time!
Some notes before you begin:
WORKING WITH PUFF PASTRY
Puff pastry can be a little fiddly, however following these steps can help:
Ensure the pastry is cold, this makes it easier to work with. If working in a warm kitchen, only remove pastry from the fridge just as you are about to use it.
Ensure that the oven is properly preheated before baking.
Only unfold your pastry once it has thawed, otherwise it can break and crack.
Make sure you roll the puff pastry very tightly for the cinnamon roll, or there will be gaps and the filling will come out.
CUTTING THE DOUGH INTO ROLLS
Using a thread to cut the dough is the best way to get neat and clean rolls.
