Banana, Peanut Butter and Chocolate Mug Cake
Delicious cake, made in the microwave, in just 90 seconds... doesn’t that sound perfect? This mug cake is super quick and easy to make whenever you’re craving something sweet but don’t have too much time. It’s egg-free, dairy free and contains no refined sugar!
Some notes before you begin:
FLOUR
You can easily use gluten free flour such as buckwheat flour (I often do this) and the recipe works just as well and tastes delicious!
CHOCOLATE
You can use any chocolate of your choice for this recipe, milk, dark, white, or you can even skip it as this cake is definitely on the sweeter side!
CAN I MAKE THIS CAKE NON-VEGAN?
Yes, simply use regular dairy milk and chocolate in this recipe and it will come out just as good!
